I was co-counsel representing a maritime worker that was injured when a negligent employee struck him in the head with a bell hammer attached to a crane. Pre-trial offer was $0.00.

State v. DH
Defendant was charged with Felony Battery by Strangulation, 
and he was facing an offer of incarceration.  I set the case for trial and pursued his defense strategy which resulted in all charges dismissed. 

Sex Sting Case Resolved to Non-Sex Offense – No Prison

State v. CT
Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet and Minor and Felony Using a Computer to Solicit a Minor. Original Plea offer was six years in prison, and four years of sex offender probation. Plead to NON-SEX Offense, No Sex Offender Registration, and No Prison.

State v. AD
Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet and Minor and Felony Using a Computer to Solicit a Minor. Original Plea offer was six years in prison followed by four years of sex offender probation and life time sex offender registration. I got the Case Dismissed.

Sex Sting Case Resolved to Non-Sex Offense – No Prison

State v. RC
Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet a Minor or Sex. Original offer was 4 years in prison and sex offender registration for life.  I resolved the case for a non-sex charge, no registration, and no prison.

State v. CE
Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet and Minor and Felony Using a Computer to Solicit a Minor. Original offer was open plea to court with potential department of corrections sentence. Client pled to probation with early termination.

Criminal Case Dismissed
State v. CP

Client was charged with felonies and misdemeanors in an Unlicensed Contractor Sting. The arrest was during his citizenship process. He would have been denied citizenship if convicted. I got all charges dismissed and client was granted citizenship.

I represented the Plaintiff that was not paid pursuant to his employment contract. Successfully secured a judgment for the entire amount of the contract plus costs.

I represented a defendant that was classified as a Violent Felony Offender of Special Concern. I prevailed in the Danger Hearing proving client was not a danger.

My client was charged with careless driving. I got all charges resolved without a conviction or negative consequence to his driving record.

Client was charged with Felony Stalking After Injunction. State seeking 2 years in Prison. Filed Motion to Dismiss, which resulted in state offering a withhold and credit for time served.

Conviction overturned.  My client was charged with careless driving and driving on suspended license. Got his conviction overturned and lowered his insurance by reducing points and convictions.

Withhold of Adjudication. NO JAIL
Client was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia. State seeking 60 days in the county jail followed by probation. After conducting discovery, State amended to no jail and no probation. 

RB v. MM, TAD, LLC

Case Settled before Trial. I represented the defendants that were being sued for more than $700,000.00. After preparing for trial, and presenting defenses, Plaintiff settled for well less than 10% of their demand

JM v. SF, INC.

Uninsured Motorist Policy SettlementMy client was injured in an auto-accident and her insurance refused to tender UM. After Bad Faith Notice, Insurance company tendered settlement. 

STATE v. GB

Felony Charges Dismissed. Client was charged with Burglary and and Criminal Mischief. Case investigation uncovered multiple witnesses not listed by law enforcement, which provided bases to have felony dismissed. Client was facing prison time.  No Jail or Prison. 

STATE v. RB

All Charges Dismissed & Probation Terminated. Client was charged with Felony Violation of Probation (2 cases) based on new law violation. I got the underlying law violation dismissed, and I got the client’s remaining probation terminated early (4 years remaining).

ALL Charges Dismissed. Client was charged with improper display as well as driving without a valid license. Original offer was county jail and probation. I was able to get the all charges dismissed.

CASE DISMISSED.  Client was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance that scored prison time. I was able to get the Case Dismissed.

CASE DIMISSED. Client was charged with Misdemeanor Driving on a Suspended or Revoked License. I was able to get the case dismissed.

CASE DISMISSED.  Client was charged with Misdemeanor battery and was facing probation, anger management, and fines. I was able to get the case dismissed.

CHARGES REDUCED. Client was charged with Driving Under the Influence with BAC >.15. Original plea offer was enhanced with fines, suspensions, and extended probation. I was able to get the charge reduced and plead to state mandatory minimums.

CASE DISMISSED. Client was charged with misdemeanor battery and was facing extended probation and mandatory counseling. I was able to get the case dismissed.

Felony Reduced To Misdemeanor. Client was charged with Felony Grand Theft Auto. After I conducted depositions, Offer was amended to misdemeanor, no probation, no incarceration, court costs.

Charges Dismissed and Expunged. Client was charged with a Felony. I got the case dismissed and the remaining record expunged.

STATE v. WR

Charges Reduced.  Client was charged with Aggravated Felony Battery with Serious Injury, as well as driving without a valid license. Client was facing prison. I got the charge amended to a misdemeanor with no incarceration.

Felony Reduced to Misdemeanor. Client was charged with Felony Violation of Probation based on his failure to complete Sex Offender Counseling and faced 2 years of prison. I got the case resolved with no incarceration.  

STATE v. MV

2 CHARGES DISMISSED. Client was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Property Damage/Injury, Misuse of 911, and DUI. Stated wanted jail. I got both felonies dismissed. Client accepted plea deal to first-time mandatory minimum DUI sanctions without incarceration. 

STATE v. NF

CASE DISMISSED.  Client was charged with Resisting Arrest without Violence. My investigation into the facts and circumstances led to a dismissal of all counts all charges.

STATE v. MS

Charge Reduced. Client was charged with DUI. Defense investigation revealed favorable facts and mitigation for the Defendant. I was able to get the charge reduced to Reckless Driving and reduced sentenced. 

STATE v. KT

Probation Terminated. Client was charged with Felony Violation of Probation. State seeking 1 year in jail. Negotiated resolution to Credit for time served and early termination of client’s remaining probation term. 

STATE v. JS

CASE DISMISSED.  Client was charged with Unlicensed Contracting. Plea offer of 1 year of probation, community service, fines, and court costs. Case investigation revealed favorable evidence for defendant. Case Dismissed. 

STATE v. CH

Felony Reduced to Misdemeanor. Client was charged with Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon scoring prison time in the Department of Corrections. I got the charge reduced to Misdemeanor Trespass with no jail and no prison. 

STATE v. RB

Withhold of Adjudication. Client was charged with felony Trafficking in Fraudulent Credit Cards and was facing prison time. Negotiated a Plea offer of a Withhold of Adjudication (no felony conviction) and no prison time. 

AN v. PBD, LLC.

Bad Purchase Avoided. Client was attempting to purchase a business and hired me for “due diligence”. I uncovered many inaccuracies and misrepresentations saving the client thousands of dollars on a bad buy. 

DTC, LLC v. AW

Case Avoided. Client was threatened with suit from former employer for breach of non-compete. I presented defenses and counter-claims and the former employer abandoned claims. 

STATE v. LR

NO PRISON. Client was charged with Felony Battery on a Detained Person while he was incarcerated on a separate charge. State had video evidence of his unprovoked attack on another inmate. Resolved the case for an Adjudication and Credit for his time served. 

WJ v. VS.

Appeal Denied. Client lost his civil lawsuit pro se and hired me to file an appeal. Appeal was filed and argued, but client’s matter was ultimately denied. 

STATE v. JAS

Felony – No Prison. Client was charged with three counts of Sale of Controlled Substance while on felony probation. Original offer was five years prison. Resolved the case for probation with no prison. 

STATE v. JAS

Felony – No Prison. Client was on felony probation when he caught three more felony charges. State’s original offer was prison. Resolved the case for probation and no prison.

LL v. TGF

Case Settled. Client was sued for breach of contract. Plaintiff sought more than 30,000.00. After presenting defenses and raising counter-claims, the case settled for less than 5% of asking. 

STATE v. SW

Criminal Case Dismissed. Client was charged with drug possession and his co-defendant got charged with Drug Trafficking. I got my client’s case dismissed entirely with no incarceration or probation. 

WDF, LLC v. AOI

Settlement Tendered. Commercial client owned a vehicle damaged in an auto-accident. Insurance company refused to tender. I was hired and negotiated a complete settlement for my client. 

STATE v. CK

Criminal Case Dismissed. Client was charged with multiple counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. State sought prison. I got the case dismissed entirely without incarceration or probation. 

LVNV F, LLC v. RH

Case Settled. Client lost his pro se civil case resulting in a judgment of nearly $8,000.00. Plaintiff was seeking to collect judgment plus attorney’s fees. Negotiated a settlement of less than 40% of the total

STATE v. LR

Reduced Felony Sentence. Client was charged with Violation of Felony Probation for a violent crime. The basis of his violation was a violent crime. Successfully negotiated a drastically reduced sentence. 

STATE v. KL

Mandatory Minimum Sanction. Client was charged Driving Under the Influence >.15 with Personal Injury and Property Damage. Original offer was 45 days in county jail. I got the charge reduced to state minimums with no jail.

STATE v. CC

Mandatory Minimum Sanctions. Client was arrested for a 3rd DUI while his 2nd was pending. Original offer was 9 months of jail and life-time license revocation. I resolved both DUIs to mandatory minimums without lifetime revocation of his driving privileges

STATE v. RC

SEX STING CASE. REDUCED TO NON-SEX Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet a Minor or Sex. Original offer was 4 years in prison and sex offender registration for life.  I resolved the case for a non-sex charge, no registration, and no prison.

KK v. JJ

Case Dismissed. Client was charged with domestic violence injunction. Petitioner was seeking permanent injunction. I was able to get the case dismissed with no injunction. 

STATE v. JR

No Jail. Client was charged with Disorderly Intoxication and was a jail sentence of 30 days. I successfully negotiated a credit for time served offer without probation.  

STATE v. AS

Case Dismissed. Client was charged with domestic battery. As a direct result of my investigation, I was able to get the case dismissed. 

BOND REDUCED

State v. XR
Client was charged with Burglary and was issued no bond. I represented the client at his bond hearing. Over the state’s objection, I secured a bond he could afford. 

Alimony Reduced

In re: JN v. KN
I represented the husband in a divorce. Former wife was seeking an increase in alimony. I successfully defended the increase and I got the alimony reduced. 

Withhold of Adjudication

JP v. AIP, INC. 
My client was entitled to unpaid wages. Employer refused to pay. I sent a demand and prepared to file suit. Employer paid all wages owed plus attorney’s fees. 

RY v. AW, Inc.

Case Settled. Client’s cell phone erroneously provided callers with a message that he did pay his bill. Got client fully compensated for his damages for the violation of State and Federal Consumer Collections Act. 

KZ v. SCCU, Inc.

Case Settled. Client was the victim of a car lot that sold her car before she purchased a new car. The dealer then forced placed a loan that went into collections. I got the collections stopped and the client compensated for her trouble. 

In re: RP, LLC.

Company Formed and Advised. Client was a wealthy investor that needed asset protection related to royalties and investments. I created an LLC and asset structure that provided the client with the needed protection. 

NT v. NI, Inc.

Case Settled. Client purchased a used car from a dealer. Dealer made many fraudulent misrepresentations, but refused to return client’s money. My investigation proved the fraud and the dealer reimbursed my client in full. 

RTF, LLC v. RCC

Case Settled. Client was being charged for commercial services that they did not receive. Company refused to refund. Client hired me to resolve case. I was able to get complete refund for the Client. 

STATE v. DR

CASE RESOLVED. Client was charged with excessive speed. Represented client at a bench trial and got the case resolved without conviction. No points on his license and no negative result on his insurance. 

MM v. JM

Child Support Increased. Client’s former spouse had a large increase in annual income, but refused to pay child support. I was able to get client’s monthly support increased nearly 40%. 

DR. LK v. RS

Client Paid in Full. Professional Client had a commercial building that the tenant failed to pay rent. I successfully negotiated a resolution with tenant that got Client paid in full and brought tenant into compliance

In Re: DG

CHAPTER 13 Bankruptcy. Client was facing overwhelming debt. I was able to successfully file and settle his Chapter 13 Bankruptcy with a plan that allowed him to repay creditors and keep his assets. 

In re: MSS

Durable Power of Attorney. Elderly Client was in need of asset protection and care through a power of attorney. I was able to timely draft a DPA in order to provide client end-of-life control. 

STATE v. DS

CASE DISMISSED. Client was facing prosecution related to his careless driving. I was able to resolve the case without any adverse consequences to his driving privilege or insurance

RT v. AI, Inc.

PERSONAL INJURY SETTLEMENT. Client was injured in a rear-end auto accident. Insurance company refused to settle. I was hired and quickly got the client fully compensated for his injuries and damage. 

STATE v. XR 

BOND GRANTED. Client was charged with Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling and was given No Bond.  I represented the client during a Bond Hearing and I was able to secure the Defendant a bond he could afford, which got him out of jail. 

In re: KN v. JN

CONTEMPT DISMISSED. Client was the subject of a Contempt Motion related to his dissolution of marriage action. His former wife was seeking increased alimony and contempt. I was able to get the motion dismissed and his alimony reduced. 

STATE v. DR

CASE DISMISSED. Client was facing prosecution for excessive speed. I represented client during a bench trial and got the case dismissed without any adverse action to his driving privilege. 

NL v. M, INC.

PERSONAL INJURY CASE SETTLED. Client was injured through a defectively manufactured product. Company refused to settle with him. I was hired and quickly got the client fully compensated for his injuries. 

AM v. BH, INC.

CASE SETTLED. Client hired a custom builder to build their house. Builder breached the contract and refused to return clients’ money. I was hired and quickly resolved the case getting the clients fully reimbursed including their attorney’s fees. 

In re: JM & AM

Contract Review. Clients were contracting to build a custom home. A national builder provided them with a contract. I successfully negotiated more favorable terms to the contract, which led the clients to enter the deal protected. 

KK v. JI

EVICTION GRANTED. Professional client was out of state and had tenants that refused to pay rent. I represented her getting non-paying tenants evicted from her rental property.

STB v. DK

Foreclosure Avoided. Client was facing foreclosure of his residence based on non-payment. I successfully advised client on his rights, which led to a favorable settlement with the lender. 

C, LLC v. LL

CASE DISMISSED. Client had multiple judgments against him and the judgment creditors were attempted to collect and froze Client’s accounts. Client hired me to resolve case and unfreeze his assets . 

AVA, Inc. v. GG

TRIAL CONSULTANT. I was hired by a law firm to prepare digital trial exhibits and provide expert services and IT support related to trial. 

CW v. EB

CASE DISMISSED. Client was the subject of a foreclosure action. Based on the Bank’s bad record keeping and fraudulent files, the case was dismissed. 

CB, Inc. v. KB

NO JUDGMENT. Client was facing foreclosure. I was able to successfully reach a favorable settlement with the lender to prevent a foreclosure judgment. 

JAC, INC. v. FFS

BENCH TRIAL. I was hired by business owner facing a commercial eviction. Successfully represented Defendant at trial avoiding extensive damage verdict.  

GH v. MG

CASE SETTLED PRIOR TO TRIAL. Client was injured in a rear-end collision. He hired one of those “TV” law firms that tried to get him to take a low-ball offer. I was hired, and I quickly got the client fully compensated for his injuries

FNB v. CJ

CASE DISMISSED. Client was facing judgment collections and was scheduled for extensive litigation and collections. I was hired and I defeated the Plaintiff’s efforts and got the case dismissed without cost to client.

BA v. U, Inc.

CLIENT PAID IN FULL. Client was a special forces veteran that was the victim of a theft on his return from deployment. He had valuable firearms stolen and the insurance company refused to tender payment. I was able to get the client paid in full plus attorney’s fees and costs.

CASE DISMISSED. Client was charged with excessive speed. I represented him in a bench trial which resulted in the case being dismissed without adverse effect to his driving record.

Residential Lease Drafted. Client was a professional with multiple residential properties. I prepared a residential lease that provided him protection and security related to his rental properties. 

RJI, Inc. v. ES

Personal Injury Case Avoided. Client was a dog owner that was facing suit over an alleged dog bite.  My early involvement in the case led to no suit being filed and no money being paid. 

In re: JAD

Special Needs Trust Established. Client was developmentally challenged and received a large settlement that threatened his government benefits. I quickly established a special needs trust and avoided loss funds

CASE DISMISSED. Client was facing criminal violation related to driving. Through my counsel and pre-trial negotiations, all charges against the client were dismissed. L

ML v. RTF, LLC
Client was operator of a major fast-food franchise. Business was accused of discrimination.  My investigation and presentation of evidence to EEOC led to Dismissal of case. 

SCL, INC. v. GH

Debt Forgiven Entirely. Elderly Client was victim of predatory lending company charging usurious interest. My representation led to the company forgiving the entire debt and compensating client. 

VCU v. LL

CASE DISMISSED. Client was sued for a debt and had his bank accounts frozen. I represented the Client through litigation. Case was dismissed, Client’s money was returned as well as getting him compensated.
